The hotel staff were amiable. Spotless and reasonably large room with the things I needed.

Truly enjoyed TV set with satellite channels, climate control and a refrigerator in the room. The price was US$ 75. Location: the hotel was not far from restaurants. We were there for 1 night and felt would stay here again...

.
I stayed 2 nights. The 2'nd day, my bed was remade but the dirty towels were not removed (I had left them piled on the bathroom counter), I was not given more soap even though I was out. The room was not cleaned. The first night I killed a huge spider that came out from between the sheet and blanket when I pulled back the covers. There were small spiders on the ceiling in the corners. It was advertised as having a pool but the pool had been filled in with cement. We asked if there were lawn chairs so we could sit outside on the patio and talk and they said that the chairs hadn't been brought out for the summer yet. (It was May 28 & 29 and over 80 degrees.) There is no elevator in the building. I had to ask for a different room on the main floor because I had a broken foot and couldn't drag my suitcase up the stairs. The walls are very thin and I spent the first night listening to the man in the next room snoring and coughing all night. Very overpriced for the quality, cleanliness and service. I will not be staying there again.

Nice spot with comfy rooms but needs some love outside
We stayed here for a night while biking nearby. The rooms are actually pretty nice and clean. But wow, the outside could use a good scrub, trash everywhere and the lawn was a mess. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, things were put away way too early. Staff during the day were helpful though!

I loved the clean rooms and comfy beds. The jet tub was a fun bonus even if it wasn't working. After a long road trip, I felt so relaxed.

The rooms appeared recently renovated, with clean accommodations and comfortable beds. A well-equipped kitchenette in the suite added a nice touch for convenience .
The outdoor areas left much to be desired. Unmowed grass, scattered chairs, and an overall neglected appearance created an uninviting first impression. The interior hallways felt dark and cramped, with dirt accumulating along the corners. The breakfast selection was also limited and could use improvement, especially for longer stays.

We enjoyed the comfortable beds and nice towels. The kids had a blast using the fitness center, which allowed us to unwind a bit. It was also great to be close to Rochester Elks Golf Course for some leisure time.
My children wanted better security, especially at the back entrance.

The king suite was perfect, and we took advantage of the fitness center . We explored Mystic Hills Golf Club and the Fulton County Museum, both worth the trip. Friendly staff made it even better. A solid choice for a fun weekend with friends.
Had some issues with the breakfast options, pretty basic and repeated every day. It would be nice to have a few more choices in the morning to start the day off right.

I booked a King Suite with a Spa Bath and hoped for a good stay. The cleaner seemed to miss some spots. There was dust in corners and some mold around the tub. The mattress on the pull-out couch was stained and in poor shape. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, especially with the summer heat. While the bed in the main area felt comfortable, the lack of enough clean bedding was a letdown. The breakfast experience was disappointing too. I arrived last in the morning, and most items were already packed away. The coffee was overly strong, which didn't help. The front desk staff offered assistance whenever needed, appreciated. Having a pleasant, cute staff gave a positive feel despite the issues.

Spotless and reasonably large rooms with facilities like climate control, TV set, and a refrigerator. A newly remodeled and nice hotel, my first choice in Rochester

Cozy room that was a good size, and the bed was super comfy. Everyone working here was really helpful. I liked that it was quiet around this area but still in the middle of town 🌳.

The room was a good size and had a TV with lots of channels, plus climate control and a fridge - a pleasant surprise! 😊 At only $75, it was a steal. Also, the hotel was conveniently located right in downtown.
